These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CraftForms (“the Plugin”), the website at craftformswp.com (“the Website”), and any related documentation or services (collectively, “the Service”), provided by Vitalii Kiiko, a sole proprietor operating under Italian law (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Plugin

CraftForms is a WordPress plugin that enables you to build forms on your WordPress website. It is available in a free version (distributed via the WordPress.org plugin repository) and a paid Pro version (sold through our website).

2. License

Free Version

The free version of CraftForms is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later), consistent with WordPress core. You may use, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license.

Pro Version

Upon purchase of a Pro license, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Pro version of CraftForms on the number of websites specified in your plan.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key.
  • You may not use your license to offer a competing product or service.
  • License keys are tied to your Freemius account and the domain(s) you activate.
  • Each license includes one complimentary development/staging license that does not count toward your site limit. Standard development domains (.dev, .test, .local, .staging, localhost, and common hosting provider staging URLs) are automatically excluded from license counts.

3. Payments and Refunds

All Pro purchases are processed through Freemius, a third-party platform. By purchasing, you also agree to Freemius’s terms of service and privacy policy. License and billing management is available via the Freemius User Dashboard.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable VAT based on your location.

Upgrades

License holders have a one-week window from the date of initial purchase to upgrade to a higher-tier plan by paying only the price difference. After this window, upgrading requires a full-price purchase of the new plan.

4. Updates and Support

Active license holders are entitled to plugin updates and support for the duration of their license period. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or support terms at any time, with reasonable notice.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all reported issues.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress versions, themes, or third-party plugins.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vitalii Kiiko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Plugin.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on craftformswp.com, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and written content, is owned by or licensed to Vitalii Kiiko. The Plugin’s source code is licensed as described in Section 2.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use our branding or website content without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Plugin may integrate with or recommend third-party services (such as payment gateways, SMTP providers, or CRM tools). We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
